Election Information
Three seats on the Board of Supervisors of the Tara Community Development District 1 will be up for election this November. The seats up for election are:
- Seat 1 (currently held by Peter Pfeiffer)
- Seat 3 (currently held by Dan Powers)
- Seat 5 (currently held by Joseph Mojica)
Elections for the open seats will be held at the general election on November 2, 2010. Each seat will be elected to a four year term.
The qualifying period for candidates for the general election begins at noon on Monday, June 14, 2010 and expires at noon on Friday, June 18, 2010.
Please contact the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections for more information regarding the candidate qualification process for the open seats on the Board.
